Kitchen Flood in Sterling, VA

A flash flood occurred near this property which managed to leak into their kitchen, permeating all of the tile flooring. We sent our SERVPRO Team out within 1 hour of the call and setup equipment immediately after the inspection to start the drying process. Time is of the essence in jobs like this, as the longer the water stays, the worse the damage becomes to everything it's touched. After a couple days of drying, we were able to get the floor back to it's original preloss state! The customers were elated at how fast we got out and that we were able to save their floor.
